Admissions Criteria
1.1 Policy Statement
At The Doors of Knowledge Academy, we are committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment for all children, where each child’s unique needs are met, and their educational and developmental growth is encouraged. We welcome all prospective students as long as we have the capacity to meet their individual needs and ensure they are supported in their educational journey.
1.2 Eligibility for Entry
To be eligible for admission into the preschool, children must meet the following criteria:

Age Requirement:
Children must be at least three years old within the year of entry into school. This ensures that children are developmentally ready to engage in the preschool curriculum. -
Potty Training:
Children must be fully potty trained before entering the school. This is necessary to ensure that all children can participate in school activities and maintain hygiene standards in a safe and comfortable environment.

Payment Policies & Procedures
1.1 Policy Statement
The Centre relies on the timely payment of school fees to maintain a high standard of education and provide a nurturing learning environment for all children. As a not-for-profit community school, we value the support of our parents and carers to help sustain and enhance our educational services. Your cooperation is crucial in helping us provide quality education and maintain the operations of the school.
We kindly request that all parents and carers ensure the prompt payment of fees, and we invite families to contribute to the school’s growth by participating in fundraising and community support activities. These initiatives are vital for offering a well-rounded education to all students.
By accepting a school place for your child/children, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions of the school fees policy outlined in this document.
1.2 Fee Structure for Preschool
The school fees for the upcoming academic year 2025/2026 is as follows:

More Than 1 Child (Termly Payment): $2500 per child
1.4 Fee Assistance
We understand that some families may face financial challenges, and we are open to discussing possible fee assistance or alternative arrangements.
